We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can count on our return policy.
Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.

Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We consider 30 days a reasonable maximum delivery timeframe, and we take full responsibility if this period is exceeded, regardless of the shipping carrier.
Product Defect or Damage

You have up to 90 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund for items with a manufacturing defect.

To claim a defect, please send clear photos or a short video (up to 1 minute) showing the issue and the product packaging.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@silvenwatches.com.
Exchanges

For faster service, return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.
European Union Customers

If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, under the EU cooling-off period.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@silvenwatches.com before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Important Notes

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item has a confirmed defect.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing issue.

No order changes (such as address updates or cancellations) are possible after the order has been shipped.
Failed Delivery or Refusal
We are not responsible if:

The recipient is not available (three delivery attempts will be made; afterward, the package is held at the nearest postal office for 7 days before returning to sender).

The order is refused upon delivery.
