Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can count on our return policy.

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return for any reason.

  • Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days after shipment, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. We consider 30 days a reasonable maximum delivery timeframe, and we take full responsibility if this period is exceeded, regardless of the shipping carrier.

Product Defect or Damage

  • You have up to 90 days from delivery to request an exchange or refund for items with a manufacturing defect.

  • To claim a defect, please send clear photos or a short video (up to 1 minute) showing the issue and the product packaging.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you of the approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at support@silvenwatches.com.

Exchanges

  • For faster service, return the item and place a new order after your return is approved.

European Union Customers

  • If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, under the EU cooling-off period.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@silvenwatches.com before sending any item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item has a confirmed defect.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product has a manufacturing issue.

  • No order changes (such as address updates or cancellations) are possible after the order has been shipped.


Failed Delivery or Refusal

We are not responsible if:

  • The recipient is not available (three delivery attempts will be made; afterward, the package is held at the nearest postal office for 7 days before returning to sender).

  • The order is refused upon delivery.

Please track your order and collect it in a timely manner.
